Major Revach, the commander of the assault company in the 932nd Battalion of the Nahal Brigade, was killed in combat in Beit Hanoun, located in northern Gaza.

A Tragic Incident Claims Two Officers

According to the IDF, Major Revach was killed in the same incident that claimed the life of Captain Eitan Sheknazi, whose death was reported last night. Both officers were killed by anti-tank fire, which also injured several soldiers.

Captain Sheknazi served as Revach’s deputy. A graduate of the elite Egoz Unit, Captain Sheknazi fought valiantly, leading his troops in the Nahal Brigade on a mission to destroy enemy forces.

“Eitan, a deputy company commander, fought with heroism and led his soldiers with unwavering dedication until his final moments,” said Israel Ganz, head of the Benjamin Regional Council, in his eulogy. “He grew up and was educated in a spirit of devotion and love for the nation and the land. That is how he lived, and that is how he fell.”

This heartbreaking loss highlights the bravery and sacrifice of Israel’s defenders in their mission to protect their homeland and its people.
