The President began by stating, “All the leaders eliminated on Friday in the Israeli strike, all these leaders had gathered together to launch the same kind of horrific and shocking attack that was carried out on October 7 by Hamas. In that attack, they burned and slaughtered civilians, raped their women, kidnapped elderly people, young people, and even newborn babies to Gaza. This was exactly the same plan they had been preparing for years as part of the evil empire’s strategies in Iran.”
In his interview with Sir Trevor Phillips, the President addressed the ongoing war with Hezbollah on the northern border, stating, “Hezbollah started this war—since Hamas’s terrorist attack on October 7, Hezbollah has been bombarding Israel non-stop.” He added, “Israel’s simple message is that we do not want war, we did not seek this war, and we did not want this war—this war was initiated by the evil empire in Iran and its proxies in the region—from the south, Hamas; from the north, Hezbollah; from Yemen, the Houthis; and from Iraq and elsewhere, all as part of a strategy declared by Iran’s supreme leader that Israel is a ‘tumor that must be removed.'”
The President further emphasized, “We are working to change this equation. We must bring back our hostages from Gaza, and we must ensure that this kind of attack never happens again—not from Lebanon either. Life can continue peacefully with a recognized international border between Israel and Lebanon.”
The President concluded by saying, “I believe that our friends must understand that we are fighting a war that is also their war. In the long run, they must realize there is an evil empire that truly believes in and adheres to a jihadist ideology, seeking to conquer the Middle East, move through Europe, and spread throughout the world. Hezbollah has terror cells located in countries around the world. So you ask yourself—how did Iran arm a tribe in Yemen called the Houthis on the shores of the Red Sea, and how do they influence the cost of living for every British, European, or American family? This cannot continue. We expect all our allies to stand by us and with us in this terrible war—and fight as we do to bring back our hostages. There are 101 Israeli hostages held in captivity in Gaza—it is our duty to bring them home quickly.”
