Since the onset of the war, the IDF has been conducting a multi-front campaign to neutralize threats and ensure the security of Israeli citizens. The IDF Spokesperson announced today (Thursday) that the Air Force successfully intercepted most of the threats originating from Houthi-controlled areas in Yemen; approximately 40 surface-to-surface missiles and over 100 UAVs. Executed with precision, operations continue to shield the nation from significant aerial threats.

Triumphant Interceptions by the Air Force
As a key branch of the Iranian axis, the Houthi regime in Yemen has been launching missiles and UAVs toward Israel, while also disrupting regional maritime freedom. Out of the successful interceptions by the Air Forces, two were partial interceptions, and only one missile strike was identified. Additionally, hundreds of UAVs launched toward Israeli territory failed to cause substantial harm, with many falling in open areas or malfunctioning en route. Only two effective strikes have been identified. “The Air Force continues to act against any aerial threat that endangers the residents of the State of Israel,” the IDF stated today.
