The “Green Prince” Warns Against the Consolidation of Al-Julani’s Regime

In a sharp post on social media platform X, Musab Hassan Yousef calls for the elimination of rebel leaders before they gain power and popularity, warning of a new and dangerous Jihadist strategy aimed at building a terrorist nation.

Musab Hassan Yousef, son of a senior Hamas official in Judea and Samaria, who joined outreach efforts in support of Israel on October 7, warned this morning (Thursday) in a post he made on social media platform X about the rebel leader in Syria, Al-Julani.

“Fatal consequences for Humanity”

Yousef, known as “The Green Prince,” stated in his post that al-Julani “has the potential to create a powerful terrorist state like we have never experienced before,” and that legitimizing his leadership in Syria would lead to “fatal consequences for humanity.”

He emphasized that: “although it may seem unhelpful, eliminating the senior leaders of the rebels, primarily al-Julani, before they gain more support and sympathy from a desperate society yearning for change and freedom, will allow legitimate leadership to emerge.”

The reason for this, according to the prince, is that “giving credit or rewards to the jihadists for toppling the cruel Syrian dictator is a mistake; they may have played an important role, but they are not the real force that brought down Assad. Al-Julani has the potential to create a powerful terrorist state like we have never experienced before. He tends to build it slowly, with attention and patience. This global terrorist has not transformed from a jihadist to a statesman; allowing him to thrive will bring fatal consequences for humanity.”

“Starve the New Islamic Empire”

Musab Yousef wrote that a new Islamic empire is being born: “Do not feed it, starve it. Most of the residents of the Middle East and the rest of the world do not understand the destructive consequences of the new developments in Syria (Al-Sham). The new generation of Jihadists is more sophisticated than any previous terrorist organization. They have patience and are not in a hurry to attack their enemies; their new strategy is to build infrastructure and institutions and gain global recognition in preparation for establishing a Jihadist nation.”

“The Jihadists have learned from their previous mistakes; they know that the old generation failed to destroy the West due to its disabilities and inability to achieve its Jihadist goals while fleeing from intelligence agencies,” claimed Yousef. “They avoid the mistakes of their masters, al-Zawahiri and Abdullah Azzam. Their new strategy is to create a suitable climate that will lead to the establishment of a Jihadist nation. The United States and its allies should not recognize or legitimize the new rulers of Damascus, no matter how cleverly they play their cards to manipulate the international community by appointing moderate government figures.”
